If the corrected hip/legs geometry required that the two legs (3816 and 3817) were re-issued as 3816b and 3817b, why doesn't this require the same treatment?

Unlike the other legs, this leg have the foot in a correct position. No changes was made to the position of the foot.
Only the top radius, between this leg and the new hip, had to be corrected.
