All the Logos I found have got (black) borders, but this part hasn't got them. So nevertheless I used 821421cs01 and 821421cs02 as an template.

This looks like a misprint.
The oval logo is not right, and the red and green text doesn't line up.
And there's no white or dark red on the stripes on the images I can find.

Well, I thought it was a misprint as well, then I check several pictures and found this "stepped" version again and again. Therefore I certified this part.
Now I checked again and I assume you are right. It is a missprint as even the original box did not come with this "stepped" pattern. It must be a misprint.
