The depth of the bottom stud is not correct.

How should we handle the newer partnumbers: 23306, 64567, 86132 ?

IMHO this image at Rebrickable is wrong.
https://rebrickable.com/parts/64567/weapon-lightsaber-hilt-with-bottom-ring/
Or am I right in assuming that 64567 have been redesigned?

Maybe the bottom ring is a result of a bad mould form? Sometimes resulting in what looks like a ring.

Both studs are ~3mm deep, measured on a 64567, without bottom ring.

Corrected stud depth. I agree that most of the so called "bottom ring" comes from molding line. At least, LDD models contain no such ring. Nonetheless there are some images that tend to suggest something stronger than a molding line, eg. https://www.vdakhal.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=223988
My lightsaber hilt collection is unfortunately very poor :(
