Looks good overall, but... (some are real nitpicks!)
- logo on stud orientation is wrong, according to
https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/ezIAAOSwgsVbgCMo/s-l500.jpg
- Could use a stug-2x2 primitive
- I would prefer a single quad on plate top, to avoid shading issues on the sides. Yes, it causes T-junctions , but it looks much better!
- many empty lines below header
- Could possibly use 2x 1-4cylo inside bottom

...so you like nitpicking... then I got another one for you ;)
Using a 1-4ndis would avoid this issue when rendering with high level primitive substitution:

Nitpicking on the description: Shouldn't it be "Animal Clam Lower Half ..."?

It would be found with other clams in the alphabetical order, and it's an "Animal Clam (qualifiers)," not an "Animal Lower Clam (qualifiers)" ;)

Is there an upper half?
Should the description be "Animal Clam Half Lower...." and Animal Clam Half Upper....?

I can't find any similar part and the same part seems to be used for both halves (checked 41063's instructions via BrickSet).

BFC errors on the bottom surface.

Think these are LDD leftover. Should be removed.

The understud is to short. It's not connected to the surface.

I think the bottom should be "corrected" to our dimensions, 16 x 16.
1 10 0 8 -3 -16 0 0 0 -5.25 0 0 0 -13 box4-4a.dat
4 10 -10 2.75 16 10 2.75 16 16 2.75 10 -16 2.75 10
LDD parts use a bottom 16.25 x 16.25.

Larger parts might force a move of every vertex. Don't do that. Smaller parts should be "corrected".
