I think it is wrong to use a -c01 suffix on this part. It's a single part, not an assembly.

(And all the shaped rubberbands should use a -f01 suffix, not -c01.)

no, a pattern in our sense is always a colored print on something.
not a 3D relief structure.

I think this file should be named 15413a.dat.
It is simply a variant of the currently official 15413.dat,
with the 3D text added.

If both variants of this tyre (with and without text) exist,
then we should have both files.

If only the variant with the 3D text exists, then we should simply
update the currently official 15413.dat with it and drop
this variant.
