It seems that between these quads:
4 4 -8.66 -15.016 0 8.66 -15.016 0 10 -10 0 -10 -10 0
4 4 -8.66 -15.016 0 -7.6583 -16.0177 0 7.6583 -16.0177 0 8.66 -15.016 0
4 4 5.0882 -18.6219 -4.5884 7.6583 -16.0177 0 -7.6583 -16.0177 0 -5.0882 -18.6219 -4.5884
and the subpart is a hairline gap.

rather than have
0 BFC INVERTNEXT
1 16 0 6 5.5 6 0 0 0 -2 0 0 0 10.5 box2-5.dat
and
1 16 0 2 -5 0 0 6 2 0 0 0 1 0 rect2p.dat
I would use
1 16 0 2 5.5 6 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 -10.5 box2-7.dat
and
1 16 0 6 16 6 0 0 0 0 2 0 1 0 rect3.dat
thus eliminating the need for the INVERTNEXT statement

Also I suggest replacing
0 BFC INVERTNEXT
1 16 0 -5 10 10 0 0 0 0 5 0 -10 0 box2-7.dat
and
1 16 0 4 20 -10 0 0 0 0 -4 0 -1 0 rect3.dat
with
1 16 0 4 10 10 0 0 0 0 -4 0 10 0 box2-5.dat
and
1 16 0 -5 0 0 0 10 5 0 0 0 -1 0 rect2p.dat
to eliminate another INVERTNEXT statement
