There's no need for an ering between ndis and chrd primitives of equal size.

The pattern should be centered.

Why is Police not written with all capital letters, like in the other descriptions?

Check out the sticker sheet I posted above. A closer look at the live preserver shows that the cutter is positioned perfectly. I guess the "misalignment" was done on purpose. If placed not in the front of a plate/brick it would be covered by the studs:

But if you ignore the cutting lines and only look at how the text is placed in the coloured field, it should be centred.

I'm not convincved by that argment. Yes, the cutter is alligned correctly relative to the red and black print, but the blue print seems mis-registered upwards.
