What do you mean with Sliding?
Aren't all gear parts sliding on an axle?

This one is freely sliding, normal one has quite a bit of friction.

I kind of agree with creation of this primitive, but... some parts have the same axle shape but are not sliding (eg. 2994 wheel) while other parts have normal shape axleholes, but are sliding (4716 worm gear, 6641 changeover catch)

I did not consider 2994.dat when naming this primitive... how about "Semi-Toothless"? I'd prefer a single adjective if possible.
