I don't know if it matters, but primitives should have a CCW "layout" of surfaces.
Only the 1-16, 1-8 and 4-4 is correct. The other 2, and this file, have a random order.

I don't think the actual order of triangle matters. The intent of the phrase is just to specify the overall span of the primitive IMHO
