The LDraw community thrives on a series of online discussion groups, both in the form of mailing lists and on the LEGO® Users Group Network (LUGNET) servers.

On LUGNET, people come and share ideas about new programs, people post their works and discuss them and users can ask questions and get them answered by the most knowledgeable and talented LDraw users around.

On the mailing lists, among other things, the developers of the LDraw.org website discuss new ideas and new directions, the LDraw.org Standards Committee discusses the future of the LDraw file format

LUGNET's discussion system is free for all users but requires posting setup. Visit LUGNET's News page for more details. LUGNET also offers a paid membership which gives users access to a personalized set database, member page, and limited web space. Much more is in development for paying LUGNET members.
