Very good pattern, but to me the three letters on the back looks very week or slim.
I think that all three letters should be of the same "size/weight". The "S" is not good.

Please have a look at this:

btw, a fun character. Both a hot rod and a biplane. Are you also making the stickers for the plane?
Could the eagle be subfiled and reused in those stickers.

One more thing,
I think that "rear" in the description should be changed to "Back" or "Backside"

letters are a little bit thicker now, title is changed. the letters in your picture looks a lot bigger than the ones on my figure (see http://c-force.org/ldraw/CIMG1948.JPG).

the sticker sheet is already done, look for part(s) 4613857 in the official files. the eagle "could" be subfiled by ~70-80%, but only within 4613857d and 4613857e. the remaining area differs between torso and sticker, so it's only partly reusable (with less benefit?).
as these files are certified and working, i would prefer doing some new patterns instead of optimizing existing ones :-)
but tell me if i'm wrong.

My bad. I remembered those sticker when I saw them. Sorry.
Let's build a bi-plane!
