Naming: "...with Spokes Conical" means that the spokes are conical, not the wheel :-)
I suggest "Train Wheel Conical with Spokes", which also addresses Steffen's point about the word 'Old'.

replaced usage of x857.dat by 35b.dat.
x857.dat had been created as a duplicate of 35b.dat,
and only has been used in this very file, which is wrong,
since all wheels using 35b.dat must be compatible.
