There are some errors that has to be corrected. Please look at http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=277792.
Missing edge lines. Not necessary edgelines. Bad intersection. Also the origin should be changed to in x-direction by -16.

(keeping hold)

question: why not turn this by 90 degrees
and this way make it
- match the orientation of the magnets (which serve a similar function)
- match the orientation of the parent file
- match the orientation of the plate this is used with
?

still problems:

(a)
I think the hook is too long. I think that in this assembly
1 9 -50 0 -60 0 0 1 0 1 0 -1 0 0 3008.dat
1 4 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 737c02.dat
1 47 0 0 -120 -1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 -1 737.dat
1 10 80 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 737c04.dat
1 47 80 0 -120 -1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 -1 737.dat
the vertical hook cylinder should exactly sit in the center
of the receiving plate.

(b)
still has stray edges

(c)
still has missing edges

(d)
gaps on underside

(e)
something to check: this cylinder
1 14 0 -13 0 0 0 4 0 13 0 -4 0 0 4-4cyli.dat
is modeled thinner than in the type 2 hook.
This leads to the (ugly) effect that in the 737c01.dat assembly
the hook needs to be positioned differently than in the 737c03.dat
assembly. Do these cylinders _really_ have a different diameter?

added "Needs Work" note,
added some edges,
shortened hook by 2 LDU to allow this assembly:

1 4 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 737c02.dat

As far as I can see there is only a gap at the back of the plate. Should be possible fixed by adding two quads, 4 edgelines and 2 triangles.
I found one additional gap on the top bar where the sloped end of the top box meets the round structure. This seems to me to be a more complex task.
Otherwise this file looks very good.
