This is the focus ring to the Lego USB Camera. It needs an official part number since nothing is stamped on the part.

downgrading to novote; I've been informed that using the -det option with l3p -check can cause problems with larger parts
However, I think this should be redone using torus and ring primitives; also, you shouldn't certify your own parts.
