"Part was 0.25 LDU to long".
I think you should try to simplify things instead to stick very strictly to reality (I know, simplifying things is sometimes... difficult!).
For example, the outside cylinder has a 19.875 ldu radius, I'm pretty sure that rounding that to 20ldu wouldn't harm, but would avoid the huge number of rings needed to match this odd value! File size doesen't matter these days, but facet count still does!.
In the same spirit, the 46/15 torus you use is far less reusable than a 3/1 torus, especially since t01i3333.dat already exist in library. And I am sure you can't measure a torus with precision!!!

The radius of 19.875 is in fact odd for getting it with rings. But let me explain, why I didn't use the 20 LDU: there is a visible gap between this part and the turntable base in reality. This part can also move a bit, when it is in the turntable base.
I can go with your torus suggestion. Let me see, what I can do here.

OK. This also adds a small benefit: when rotated at odd angle, there is less or no overlap with turntable base.
Don't loose time if you feel you did the right thing, I just wanted to attract your attention on those matters...

I can't get these to work properly.
1 36 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 3404d.dat
1 4 0 4 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 u9260.dat
1 15 0 4 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 u9261.dat
1 40 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 3404e.dat
1 14 0 24 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 stug-4x4.dat

u9162 and the two lower parts, 3404e and 3404c, don't fit each other.
And the subfile to 3404c and 3404e don't fit the stud grid.
