I changed cyli+edges to cylo, and changed the ring combinations to avoid overlaps and bleed throughts due to the fact, that this part exists only in transparent colours.

Existing certification-votes were deleted.

It appears that this is the same as BrickLink's Clikits025a/45483 "Clikits Bead, Ring Thin Large with Hole with High Connector".
If so, please note the existence of Clikits025b/45472 "Clikits Bead, Ring Thin Large with Hole with Low Connector".
I believe the description should clarify whether the connector is long or short - given of course we're talking about the same part[s].
Also, there is actually no r16 edge at y=4. I'd say it's at y~3 and then rounded to the bottom, too. But maybe that's too small a detail to take notice on?
