How did you make these lines? I can really recomend the tools from Philo.

Made the conditional lines in Excel. I also used Excel for most of the rim. What do you use to check conditional lines? I couldn't see anything wrong in L3Lab.
Can you point me to the problem lines rather than just saying that there are lines with bad control points?

LDView has the possiblility to show all condlines, and also to display control points. The tree view, that allow to highlight all elements one by one can be very useful too.
There are indeed missing condlines on the shallow but existing angle that join the hub to arms, here they are, as found by Edger2:

The condline at line 91 has a control point not symmetrical compared to condline at line 61, so it's most probably wrong. Condline at line 49 also appears most of the time because of a wrong CP.
