There is a bunch of unnecessary cond-lines around the bases of the studs, and also in the stud gaps at the front surface.

How did you identify those unnecessary lines? I can not find "a bunch" of them. I would have concers only for two edgelines seen from underside. They might get improved, but I would let it go for first release.

Regenerated condlines. Sorry, again a review I missed!

At least two of the "inner" underside condlines are to short.
and there are some strange condlines at the 1/2 underside studs (at the cut area of this subpart)

Look more closely at the way the part is done, these lines are OK (granted, the "too short" could probably be removed, but the angle there is >0.1 degree)

OK, I haven't said anything about the condlines at the cut area.

BUT
look at the bottom end of this line:
2 4 63.4525 4 8.3537 63.4525 44 8.3537
There is something missing, isn't it?

Indeed, T-junction preventing condline... 4 other were missing, too.

IMHO there are more lines missing where these quads
4 4 115.205 40 4 107.172 40 44.393 112.044 44 30.021 115.002 44 15.138
4 4 92.034 44 70.621 100.456 44 58 107.172 40 44.393 82.024 40 82.024
meets the outside border
