There is a bunch of unnecessary cond-lines around the bases of the studs, and also in the stud gaps at the front surface.

How did you identify those unnecessary lines? I can not find "a bunch" of them. I would have concers only for two edgelines seen from underside. They might get improved, but I would let it go for first release.

and there are some strange condlines at the 1/2 underside studs (at the cut area of this subpart)

Look more closely at the way the part is done, these lines are OK (granted, the "too short" could probably be removed, but the angle there is >0.1 degree)

look at the bottom end of this line:
