The top side is wrong modelled. I made a photo of it:
http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b334/MMR88/LDraw/IMG_3452_zps963273e2.jpg (Sorry, the light wasn't perfect)

Also contains overlapping quads:
3 4 -22 8.31 -53.44 -22 8 -50 -22 7 -53
3 4 -22 -7 -53 -22 -8 -50 -22 -8.31 -53.44
4 4 -22 8 -50 -22 8 -22 -22 6 -36 -22 6 -44
4 4 -22 -6 -44 -22 -6 -36 -22 -8 -22 -22 -8 -50

This could be done with 1-8ndis and a quad to avoid overlapping:
4 4 -6.364 6.364 -20 -13.636 6.364 -20 -20 9 -20 0 9 -20
4 4 0 -9 -20 -20 -9 -20 -13.636 -6.364 -20 -6.364 -6.364 -20

Contains a lot of T-junctions...

"The top side is wrong modelled."
Yes I know... but the problem is that if I model the small hole exactly as in the real part, it needs some thickness. And then if you plug an axle all the way into axlehole, there will be a collision with flickering issues (real axles are a tad shorter). I think this is a good compromise.

"Also contains overlapping quads: "
Yeah... at the time the npeghole primitive did create a systematic overlap, I used that. Does it hurt rendering? No...

"Contains a lot of T-junctions... " Does it hurt rendering? No... (bis) ;)
Seriously, I'm missing time now (and for about 2 months), if you want to improve that please do it. My own opinion is that when there is no visual downside, nobody cares!

In my eyes, this part needs a run through Unificator too.
And this:
1 4 -25.5 -9 -28 1.5 0 0 0 0.831 0 0 0 1.5 2-4cyli.dat
and the opposite half-cyli are to high.
Many 2D-primitives are deformed in three dimensions.
