I would have expected the origin to be in the center of the circle.
Shouldn't we correct this?
I know this is a subpart, but the change is easy
and using this in other parts will be better.

much better this way!

orientation change is also very nice because it now matches the stickers.

This part can even further be improved.
If you would add a ring primitive around the "R"
where it touches the outermost ring,
this file would even look perfect
in LDView with primitives substution enabled.
But this is no must of course. Should you decide
to submit again, I'll happily re-certify
