But what would be the benefit, if I would build this area exactly? This part is only available in solid colours. So nobody would recognise, that this area is build in this way. (And it's made much easier now.)

No benefit at all, I'm afraid.
I like to see quads following corresponding edgelines.
You have done a great job here and eliminated a lot of t-junctions by splitting large
squares into triangles and quads, matching different vertices.
I had expected all surface area to be done like that.
And yes, I know, all the box4-1 is "floating" on top of bigger quads.
