I do not understand "surf" in the title.
Shall it mean "Surface"?
Well, surfaces are in 99% of all subparts, so that's not really a useful information, and it does not match the other existing subparts well. Suggest retitling.

Changed subparting since there is no patterned version of this part (and since it's a fairly old design, chances it will ever occur is pretty low). Of course I kept elements separated in file. Moved studs to main file
