You could integrate a section of the other subpart in this file, and give it a slightly smaller innerdiameter, overlapping a circle-primitive in the mainpart, to create a similar solution as the one on the backside of this tyre. Thus avoiding the quadrilateral segments bleeding over the edge, when looking at the part in primitive-substitution-mode in LDView.
I had the same problem in s\56891s02.dat. Randomize colors in that part, to see what I mean.

The reason for bleeding edges were a lower accuracy of the subpart faces (3 digits only) and a slightly wrong positioning of the subparts in the main one.
