Another LUT part.

This doesn't do any primitive substitution, because the axlehole primitive is sized & shaped a little bit differently.

Known issues:
Has non-coplanar quads that need to be split into tris.
Has a lot of extraneous type 5 lines between polies in the same plane.

50859s01.dat "~Bike 2 Wheel Motorcycle Frame 2 x 6 x 3 - one half"
50859.dat "~Motorcycle 2 Wheel Frame 2 x 6 x 3"

The clips for the wheel axles, are bigger than the stub axle on
50862.dat "Wheel 6 x 14 Spoked with Stub Axles".
