as you can see from the usage of this file,
this is an elementary thing to build quatro parts.
so IMHO this should become a primitive.

I do not think that this should go to primitives. The definition of primitive is 'highly reusable' and that is not the case here IMHO.
Subfiles are perfect here and therefore the others too.

We also have specialized primitives, such as studs, peg holes or Mursten slot that are used in a wide range of parts. I think I'd also prefer to have this one promoted as primitive.
