Comments:
Stud section deleted and integrated in 47715 (because of stud optimization according to the comments in 30642 and 30642s01).

I don't like the fact, that the surface under the studs are bleeding through, at the slit.

Is it missing an edgeline around the axlehole?

The edge line comes with the u9029.dat in 47715.dat.
What do you mean with "the surface is bleeding through"? Can you explain it more detailed or with a sketch or picture please?

1.)
Since that edge line is part of a different part, I think that this part
should have its own edge lines.
2.)
Here:

2 4 2 60 -55.6023 2 60 -57.6023
2 4 2 60 -62.3977 2 60 -64.3977
2 4 2 60 -75.6023 2 60 -77.6023
This is best seen from above, in red/green BFC mode, with the top cutaway.
Maybe it was present before you moved away the slitted studs to.
I dont have a backup of that design.
I realize the need for a large number of triangles in order to fix this error.

If you only add the missing edge line, I would certify.
