The mentioned error is fixed, but many errors like
Line 132: '0 BFC CERTIFY INVERTNEXT' found. 0 BFC CERTIFY INVERTNEXT
now added.
Also this is not a part, but a subpart.
After fixing that two issues and not adding new ones I would certify.

header needs to be cleaned before release. Better would be to care about the header also on the PT so the release process will be easier for the admin.

As this is a subpart (needs to be corrected) the description has to start with '~'.
These two issues needs to be solved here.
