You have to subpart the orange sections since linetypes 3 and 4 (and 2 and 5) are not allowed to have a color other than 0-16 and 24. See the following reference:

as this file never has been official, we should delete
it once no file on the PT uses it anymore.
because of its color 16 border, it cannot be used versatile enough.
use 4209p70s2.dat instead
when this file gets deleted, consider to renumber 4209p70s2.dat,
as the "2" suffix probably is no longer needed then
