Comments:
- Subpart has no BFC statement (it _is_ CCW)
- Several badly twisted quads in top section. You may use PlanarCheck -c (http://philohome.com/isecalc/planarcheck.htm) to correct that.
Good job otherwise!

Comments:
- One warped quad remaining line 153 >3 degrees. Quads at line 200 and 208 could be improved too (> 1 degree)
- Duplicated line 327
- edge lines missing at the base of bottom stud3.
Speaking of these cylinder, it would be easy (and save a lot of space) to replace them with cyli/cyls combos slightly entering the part.

There are some edgelines missing at the bottom studs.
Also the part description needs leading spaces in front of the numbers.

This problem is still left:
- the bottom studs do not meet their attached cylinders properly (different radii)
see main file.
Edge line around the underside center stud is partly missing and could be placed in this file.

Maybe we can substitude the whole part by the official 30614.dat and only change the top stud!?

30614 is made of 8x 30614s01.dat and the subpart seems to be well done.
So I would really vote YES for this suppose. It would also shrunk the library.
