not sure if it is worth having this separate as a subfile.
will it be used by more than 1 part in future? which?

I still cannot see the usefulness of this subpart.
Why isn't it just inlined in the parent file?

OK, maybe this needs some rethinking.
IMO this subfile could become a new stud primitive. "Stud Hollow with Three Armed Hole Blocker"

We have two old, official subfiles that could need a rework: s\3626bs00 and s\3626bs01.
( or are these two files obsolete, and doesn't need/shouldn't have a rework?)
( do any patterned heads rely on these differently shaped subfiles?)

Official subfile s\3626s02 could also use this new stud.

I can find two unofficial subparts that could use it too.
These:
98384s01, "~Minifig Head Robot without Front Surface"
30367as01, "~Cylinder 2 x 2 with Dome Top with Blocked Stud"

All five files could use this new stud, if this file was converted to a primitive.

If we are going to bring this into the primitive section, I think only the middle portion should (3 arms) should stay as primitive. This will increase the possibility of reusage possibilities.

I have created a new primitive, filstud3.dat.
Could I please inline the necessary primitives from this file, and the new primitive, into parent file, s\98384s01.dat?

Admin, please delete this file. I used the new filstud3.dat and inlined primitives from this part in 98384s01.
