You need to increase the diameter of the two main circles here.

Before I start to change this issue, just a little question:
I did a calculation in AutoCad now. The inner radius should be 25.6228 LDU and the outer one 37.6228 LDU. So should I change back the outside or is the difference of 0.0772 ok? (For me it is OK, cause its almost nothing in reality)

Ohh, I read stug-4x4.dat in our post.
I checked this issue and yes, AutoCad gives me 20.1421 as radius. So I will change the faces to 20.15 LDU. I'll do this in the evening.
