Sorry, I just wanted to remove the t-junctions here, but ended up with a very differnt file structure.
There are still two t-junctions to remove, but to do that I have to inline a ring-prim.
How would the improved DatHeader do in this case?

Hmm. What is better T-Junctions or Collinear vertices? I ended the correction with
Line 257: Colinear vertices found. 3 16 99 0 -112.0013 99 0 -112.0055008 108 0 -115
Line 294: Colinear vertices found. 3 16 -96 0 -114 -62.0075837 0 -114.0022559 -62 0 -114
I think leaving the file like it is, is the better choice.
The code i use in DATHeader might need an adjustment to not produce such triangles.

If you like to check DATHeader results yourself, please download that build from: http://ldraw.heidemann.org/uploads/datheader/datheader-tjunction.zip.
