Please add the following line
0 BFC CERTIFY CCW
to have this file BFC ready.
You will also see a half ring inside that should be eliminated in my eyes. The hole for the top stud of the minifig head needs to be in the other plane. Also the complete part (this subfile or the calling part) should be shifted by 4 ldu in y direction - I think.

If I add bfc certify, I have to invert this ring half, how?
Why I have to move it in y directions? I set orientation like all headgear.
