At ,
you have explained how you have created the letter "G":
you rendered it normally from the font and then distorted it manually.
You wanted to make it match your real part instance better this way.
However, I think that the instance you have has a small printing error,
where during the print process ink flowed around a little,
so the "G" received a glitch. I think that we should not model such
glitches. We also do not model dents in the bricks, patterns which
are not perfectly horizontal, scratches or moulding relicts.

Now, some of the 1x6 bricks with patterns need attention due to this:
it looks to me that in
, you have manually undone the "G" manipulation. However, the G now
looks "manipulated". I think you should re-render it from the font cleanly.
This is why I am holding those 2 parts.
Differently, the files
still contain the "G distortion manipulation", and that way their "G"
in the pattern looks different than 3009pt12.dat, 3009pt13.dat.
This breaks systematics, which is why I am holding those.
I suggest to re-render the "G" from the font cleanly here as well.

Here are some more samples:

basically none of the parts look the same and we should therefore go for the ideal way. It's what we have done with Mike's icecream pattern and my rocket with moon pattern.
