Using Hires tori is complete waste here, since it is so small. Especially since you join them with normal res cylinders.

1) not on the parts tracker
2) not with correct name
3) t06q4444.dat has wrong name - should be t08q4444.dat
4) t12q4444.dat has wrong name - should be t04q4444.dat

has finally solved the metal color problem.
383 = lacquered plastic
494 = real metal
so 383 is wrong here, replace by 494


while being at it: I suggest BFCing
