Something seems to be wrong with the condline (bad controlpoints) here:
2 4 -4.871 12.602 12.086 -4.946 7.954 12.092
use
5 9 -4.871 12.602 12.086 -4.946 7.954 12.092 -9.2 8.026 9.2 0.097 12.68 13.047
instead.

I see this type of additional condlines created by Edger2 sometimes, and wonder why they are created.
In this case I created a new set of cond-lines on the subfile, then used Edger2 on the assembly file, using -s, expand subfiles.
That created a new missing condline in the subfile, even if a condline was already present at that junction. Why?
Did you do the same here, Max?

Well, I have a shortcut for edger2 in LDDP which I use parallel with DatHeader in the reviewing process.
When I get new lines I compare the original and edger version, if the condlines/edges are really missing or if it was just added due to the modelling of the part.
In this case the condline was missing (there was no condline visible, when looking from the inside). So I it was clear, that there must be something wrong....

I think this results due to the non-planarity of some quads in this part:

Anyway thanks for fixing.
