It's a pretty common emblem so it may as well be a subpart :-)

I would be glad if you can put it into this file:
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/s/4209p70s.dat
There are also some other stuff that could benefit from this part. Please seach for fire on the PT. You are welcome to change my parts!

I'll see what I can do :-)
Looking closely, I think those parts actually use the slightly later version of the emblem - without the black lines separating the three flames. I'll knock up a subpart for that this afternoon and put it up.

Ah, no: it's different again. It's amazing how many variations on this little symbol there are! So far I've found:
- this one, with black lines separating the flames
- a similar one with thinner flames (eg the stickers for 4025)
- flames joined at their bases (eg 3822p09)
- flames joined about half-way up (eg 4209p70s)
- 'fat' flames (eg 3068bpx130 on Peeron)
- 'small' flames (eg the stickers for set 4020)

regarding the variants:
note additionally that there are also some misprints in the wild
where the colors are swapped (errorneously).
HOLDing because the subfile probably needs the same leading 0's
as the parent file IMHO
