Is Bricklink correct that this exists with Red roses or DkPink roses, or is that a printing flaw?

An interesting set of minifigs.
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=850486-1
All three minifigs have the same print as three of the CMF, but with different colours.
How should we number those?

I'll subfile all of the red bits , or is there a better way to solve this?

Yes - a subpart for the roses would be the way forward.
As we are using 973pc<series><sequence> for the regular collectables, I'd suggest using 973pc0<0-9a-z> for those not from a "Series".

It became very obvious that the eyes could be done by disc-primitives.

Maybe add keywords for set/series?
Off topic: how to name torsos from series that are not numeric (Simpsons, LEGO Movie...)?
