As the file is now, hardcoded in blue, you can change the color of the background of the stickers. Isn't that what you wanted to do?

well, this is a minifig torso with sticker.
so the torso should be in color 16.
when the sticker backside also is in color 16,
everything is fine, because when colorizing this file,
the sticker backside will get the same color.
(It would also be fine if the sticker does not use color 16,
as the current sticker standard says.)

If we leave the part like it is, we have to change the type to color shortcut and the description needs an underscore in front. But so far in those cases we know the original number.
So I think here the torso should be color 16.
