This part is used in the same way like 3742. (for example see: set 3315, instruction 2, site 41)
The radius of the inner cylinder should be only 2 instead of 2.035 LDU, due to this reason.

I purposedly used a slightly bigger hole diameter because it's a 14-sided polygon, in order to avoid disappearing edge line when put on a 16 sided stem. But there may be other ways?
