I think we need to discuss the different versions a bit.
One version I know (the old 30237) uses a thick U-Clip, which is discontinued in the middle (See this picture at Brickset: http://cache.lego.com/media/bricks/5/2/4118624.jpg )
The new version (this one) uses a thick C-Clip. (See this picture at Brickset: http://cache.lego.com/media/bricks/5/2/4641682.jpg )
We should rework the old version and release both version in the next update together, shouldn't we?

As far as I can see from the online resources our part 30237.dat has been wrong from the beginning (http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/30237?img=9844).
As I do not have this part on hand, maybe someone else has it an can do an update to 30237.dat.
But I do not see any reason to not release this part until the other is fixed.

I just wanted some clarification, that the parts have different moulds and both should be done in the right (different) way...

My suggestion:
Brick 1 x 2 with Clip Vertical (Thick C-Clip)

60475b, "Brick 1 x 1 with Clip Vertical (Thick C-Clip) and Hollow Stud"
95820 , "Brick 1 x 2 with Clip Vertical (Thick C-Clip)"
30237 , "Brick 1 x 2 with Clip Vertical with Centre Notch"
