Missing an edgeline here:
2 4 2.571 12 3 -2.571 12 3

Several cond-lines with identical vertices.

There is also a small gap between the rings on top and bottom of the hands, these primitives need a bit more precision in transformation matrix:
1 16 -4 0 0 0 1 0 -0.7654 0 1.8478 1.8478 0 0.7654 5-8ring2.dat
1 16 -4 0 0 0 1 0 -0.3827 0 0.9239 0.9239 0 0.3827 5-8ring6.dat

There are still six cond-lines with identical vertices to correct.

none of my tools reports that error,
how did you detect it?

By visual inspection.
They behave very badly if you place it in a horizontal position, and move it slightly up and down.
IMO, two of them should be edges, not cond lines.

This is another example of why I prefer to hold-vote even small errors.
Two years unattended....

AS I needed it today, I found that there are slight mismatches of the vertices also on the sides, I will correct the part.

I redid the Clip surface which helped against the bleeding hairline. There is still some hairline left at the top of the clip, have a look if it is tolerable.

I think theses should be edges, not cond lines:
5 4 -4 -1.5307 -3.6955 4 -1.5307 -3.6955 4 0 -4.0001 4 -2.8 -3.7993
5 4 -4 -1.5307 3.6955 4 -1.5307 3.6955 4 0 4.0001 4 -2.8 3.7993

and I think these vertices could be removed:
4 11 2.258 21.227 2.258 2.224 21.697 2.101 -2.224 21.697 2.101 -2.258 21.227 2.258
4 11 -2.258 21.227 -2.258 -2.224 21.697 -2.101 2.224 21.697 -2.101 2.258 21.227 -2.258

the quads you suggested to remove makes sense, there is no adverse affect.

To change the cond-line to a line looks in line with the rest of the clips.

I'm with Magnus here. The mentioned condlines should be edges.
