I want to give these better names.

Is this even an arm? Or a "Bar bent with two clips (horizontal/vertical)"?
Were should the origin be?
Orientation?
I want to set an angle in the desription? Which one?
The obtuse, between the two arms?
Or the acute, away from a straight line through the first arm?

- Have you considered using a 8-8sphe for the elbow? (one downside is that intersection edge lines are not as simple as here)
- Shouldn't it be vertical ("arm" position) like 93061?

I think the angle of the upper arm should be consistent with 93061 and maybe even vertical.

In LDD they do not have the same angle!

This seems to me to have the same angle than the minifig arm. I did make a visual compare in LDD for this.

Best would be if someone has both parts at hand and can verify that. At some parts LDD are not that correct.
On the other hand there is mostly a reason why a part from TLG is designed like it is (geometrically).
