It looks to me as if this arm is also used on the boy figure.
One thin arm on boy/girl/woman and a thicker arm on the man.
If so, then maybe this arm needs a different description.

I really don't know. IMO "thin/thick" might work here. But how about the head? Isn't it the same there?

btw, the word "Female" is not used on all the new head files.
The ones that were official all use it, but none of the hardcoded coloured shortcuts do.
Nor do p01, p03 and p04.

Maybe we should have the unpatterned parts, including their subfiles, non gender specific.
