We should take the opportunity that 69.dat
is on the PT for renumbering:
this way we're able to correct its misplaced origin.
It should match the "Tile..." parts IMHO.
The moved-to shortcut can do the downwards compatible relocation.

Why doesn't this file use the shortcut c01?

This is the partnumber used in LDD for a white spout on a LBG base,
but at Brickset it is a LBG spout on a white base.

I can't verify the other two partnumbrers, 9567 and 73593.
