I can't understand one thing. I use 5-8cyli.dat and 5-8edge.dat for clips, such as other hands. But they do not automatically connect to body in Sr3DBuilder. Other hands connect. Why? What is different?

Same problem here. I thought it would be automatic. Need to check if other arms have a "patch" file (.dat files in sr3d library "Conns" folder)

We already have several "Minifig Mechanical Arm ..." parts (30377,53989,59230,76116), so I think this should be named "Minifig Mechanical Arm [qualifier]".
