We already have mechanical torso, heads, legs...
So I think we need more descriptive names for Grievous parts.
Moreover there is a word order consistency issue (eg. Minifig Mechanical Torso vs. Minifig Torso Mechanical) to be sorted out.

No, because it could possibly be used later for another figure. Description should be based only on functionality of the part.
