first step towards geometry correction:

moved plug sockets 0.5 LDU towards rear.
Otherwise, one plug cannot be put into another, as it is e.g.
the case in set 7866.

please do not yet certify, there are more todos I'm currently
working on:

(a) the metal portion of this plug also needs the same adjustment
(b) the diameter of the central plug is inconsistent in this file
(plug and hole do not match)

Reduced diameter of the central hole to match the central plug's diameter. This at least makes this part self-consistent.

Should we later decide to change that pin's diameter,
we would need to update TONS of official parts.

That's nothing we should do now here, holding up the release
of all the electric files using this file.

The correction I made here now makes this part compatible
with the official ones out in the wild and makes it self-consistent.
