Comments:
first step towards geometry correction:

moved plug sockets 0.5 LDU towards rear.
Otherwise, one plug cannot be put into another, as it is e.g.
the case in set 7866.

please do not yet certify, there are more todos I'm currently
working on:

(a) the metal portion of this plug also needs the same adjustment
(b) the diameter of the central plug is inconsistent in this file
(plug and hole do not match)
