To make room for it, "Piece" should be removed from part name,
as every LEGO part is a "piece" in some way IMHO.

This file should be 71603c01.dat. I do not have the part, but I believe that 71603 is the design ID of the base part itself instead of the full composite.
The part should also be split into its composing parts.

has finally solved the metal color problem.
383 = lacquered plastic
494 = real metal
so 383 is wrong here, replace by 494
