Why do we need these files?
715c01.dat, "Wheel with 12 Studs with LtGrey Tyre"
2695c01.dat, "Wheel Hub 12.8 x 30 Stepped with Tyre Model Team"

I see no difficult positioning or benefit here. Just "library cluttering".
